How do you deliver my order?

We use several different delivery methods to send our orders. In the first instance we use Postnord/Airmee to transport our deliveries. At the checkout you can select the carrier and delivery method that is most suited for your location. As soon as your order has been packed, you will receive an email with information about your delivery.

You can choose your own delivery method and location at the checkout. 

Please note:

If you live in a small town, on an island or in a sparsely populated area of Denmark it may be some distance to your nearest drop-off point. 

Once an order has been sent, we unfortunately cannot change the address on it and you, as a customer, are liable for a fee of 199 DDK if you do not pick up the package from your delivery point on time. A package usually waits 14 calendar days from the receipt of the package before it is returned.

When your parcel is shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation sent to you by email from our warehouse, where you will also find your parcel number so you can track your shipment. When the package arrives at your delivery point, you will receive an SMS with information on how to pick up the package.
