As soon as your return has been processed and approved by us, your refund will be sent to the payment option you specified when purchasing. It can take up to 14 business days to process your refund after it arrives at our warehouse. It takes up to 7 weekdays for the money to appear on your account or invoice.

If you have selected an invoice from Klarna as a payment option, the returned goods will be corrected on your invoice. When you return a purchase and your selected payment option is invoice via Klarna, we ask you to pause/delay the due date on your payment to Klarna. This is to avoid the risk of reminders and demands, pending the handling and repayment of your return.
