What applies with purchase on approval?

If you as a private customer are not satisfied with your item, you have an open purchase for 30 days and thus also the right to return your item to us within the same time period, from the date when you received the last item in your order.


In the event of a right of withdrawal and open purchase with us, you have the right to carefully examine the product. To be able to return the product, it must be in unchanged condition and in original packaging if available. The goods must be well packaged so that the products are not damaged in the delivery back to us. Note that the original packaging must not be used as outer packaging / outer carton. The product must be complete back to us, which means that accessories, instructions for use, product packaging, inner packaging, etc. must be included in the return.


Pack the item well. You as a customer are responsible for the goods arriving intact and thus bear the risk if the product is damaged when it is shipped back to us. Use the outer packaging you received the product in, do not send in the original packaging as the product may be damaged. Do not place the consignment note directly on the product packaging / original packaging either. We do not replace products that have been damaged during shipping to us.
